Founded in 1969 by Mr. Bader Eddine Al-Shaer , and from his first name "Bader"  The logo of the group has been derived.
Household and Industrial detergents, both powder and liquid, are the main field of its specialization.As the company is one of the pioneer groups in Syrian Detergent Industry, it has been dramatically developed since its foundation and focusing now on High Quality products.
In order to maintain High Quality the company adopted and applied modern concepts of management and relied heavily on Quality Control & Quality Assurance.
To maintain the trend of Quality Development of its products, the company invested heavily in scientific research, and engaged in many studies and research with other relevant parties. All that reflected in playing a major role in regional and international specialized symposiums or conferences.
Due to its Quality System, the company had been granted the Conformity badge from ( SASMO) which qualified it to acquire a Quality Certificate Badge.In 2006, Shaer Group fulfilled all ISO 9001: 2000 criteria and get ISO certification through the authorized French Consultant  AFAQ.
Exports are directed towards Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Senegal and Ivory Coast. Also it had given production License to a Lebanese Company known for its good reputation in the local market.
